This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Bang Rak’s Si Lom area is a smart find if you want a mix of comfort and city living. It’s freehold and resale, so no worries about lease terms or unfinished developments. At about 65.5 sqm, it’s a practical size without feeling cramped.
Living & LayoutThe open-plan living room and kitchen area is where you’ll probably spend most of your time. It’s got wooden laminate flooring throughout, which adds a warm touch, and large floor-to-ceiling windows letting in plenty of natural light—plus great skyline views that really open up the space. The light grey sofa and cushions make for a chill spot to unwind, and the dining table fits well without overwhelming the room.

Under-cabinet lighting and a mirrored backsplash give it a clean, bright feel, and there’s enough counter space for daily cooking.
Bathrooms & DetailsThe bathrooms stand out—the master features a Jacuzzi bathtub with multiple jets, perfect for relaxing after a long day. There’s also a glass door separating the bath area from the adjacent room, and modern details like a floating vanity with a rectangular sink, wall-mounted faucet, mosaic tile backsplash, and built-in storage drawers. The second bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower with metal fixtures, continuing that clean, neutral beige tile look.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Hello you interested prawet area?
Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
