The restaurants around are quite diverse and offer a lot of options after a long day, and the reliable internet makes working from home hassle-free. It’s also handy having major malls close by for weekend errands or a little break from the screen.

The environment here definitely misses some greenery, which would make taking breaks outside more refreshing. Also, if you’re into cycling or jogging along dedicated bike lanes, you might find it a bit lacking. It feels very urban and busy, so nature lovers might feel a bit confined.

Most spots have a lovely view to enjoy a nice dinner or grab a casual coffee, all while being close to the water. For anyone looking to strike a balance between work and leisure while soaking in the rich culture of Dubai, this is a great place to create a home.

Although the views here are stunning, the traffic can really build up during peak hours, and that leads to some pollution, which may deter stiff minds. It can be slightly challenging to find a reasonably priced gym nearby, so if that’s an integral part of your daily routine, you may need to plan accordingly.
