Positives

The spacious community and green surroundings really make it comfortable to live in, especially if you’re someone who enjoys a quieter lifestyle away from the city hustle. It feels safe and well-maintained, and driving to most places is easy thanks to good roads.

Negatives

The biggest hassle here is that public transport options are a bit limited, so having a car is almost essential. Also, if you like to eat out, there aren’t many restaurants nearby, so most of the social and dining action is a drive away.

Positives

Living in DAMAC Hills has been a lovely experience. The variety of activities available really complements my lifestyles, like the green areas where you can unwind. Plus, there are some nice dining options that cater to different tastes.

Negatives

One downside is the lack of community centers, which sometimes makes social activities a bit limited. Also, on occasion, I found it hard to find a wide array of dining choices, particularly if you’re craving something unique.
