Positives

Living in Golf Promenade was quite comfortable thanks to the nice balance of green spaces and proximity to shopping malls. It’s a quiet area where I felt secure, and there’s enough to do nearby without having to travel too far. For someone who works long hours, having that calm environment to come home to was really valuable.

Negatives

One thing I wish was better is the dining options around here; I found myself having to go farther for more variety. Also, public transport isn’t very close by, so relying on a car becomes necessary. It’s not ideal if you prefer easy access to buses or metro.

Negatives

Getting to the nearest metro or public transport is a bit of a hassle, so having a car is almost essential here. If you enjoy exploring a variety of restaurants or lively cafes on foot, you might find options somewhat limited. On some days, especially evenings, I wish there were more communal spots to socialize within walking distance.
