Noen Phra feels like a peaceful spot with easy access to bus routes that can take you around Rayong smoothly. If you enjoy a quieter vibe with some green spaces around where you can relax or get your fresh air, it’s a comforting place to spend time. The streets stay relatively clean, which in this part of town always makes a difference.
ข้อเสีย
The biggest downside is probably the limited dining choices nearby, so you might have to travel a bit to find more variety. Also, if you like to walk or wander spontaneously on foot, it’s a bit tricky as the paths aren’t always pedestrian-friendly.
