6,264 Sqm. Land listed for ฿ 8,500,000.

This land is located on the mountain side off the road from Maenam to Nam Tok Jet Chan (7-Level Waterfall). It is peaceful and quiet with amazing, open sea and mountain views and surrounded by only coconut plantations.

It sits approximately 3 km from the coast. Here you will be able to build your dream house and enjoy the beautiful nature of Thailand - all alone. The main road is only 5 minutes away by motorbike, and the last kilometer to the land is a dirt road (with government plans to build a concrete road running next to the land).

The land is available freehold with a Nor Sor 3 Gor title which is ready to upgrade to Chanote. The owner is open to the possibility of a long-term rental.

4.3

Positives

Living in Maenam feels wonderfully peaceful, especially if you love waking up to stunning natural views and the calm of a quieter, greener spot. The relaxed vibe suits anyone wanting to unwind, wander nearby beaches, or explore local markets without the bustle of busy tourist areas.

Negatives

Getting around can be a bit tricky since public transport options are limited, so having your own vehicle really helps. Also, dining choices aren’t very varied unless you're happy sticking with local pickings, which can feel a bit repetitive after a while.

4.5

Positives

The scenic beauty is breathtaking, with stunning beaches and a vibrant atmosphere that you seldom find elsewhere. Plus, the availability of a variety of fabulous dining options means you'll always discover something new. The little trade-offs are swept away by all the delightful moments you can create in paradise.

Negatives

It can feel a bit quiet here sometimes if you're seeking a bustling nightlife, as the scene doesn’t really compare to party-centric destinations. Additionally, there aren't many community centers for social gatherings or events, which might make it harder to connect with others if you're looking for that sense of community.
