Positives

The Bay Condominium offers a really peaceful living vibe with stunning ocean views that never get old. It's easy to get around from here because public transport is pretty accessible, which is great when I want to explore the island or quickly reach the markets and local shops. Having lush greenery nearby gives a calm, refreshing feeling every day, perfect for unwinding after work or on weekends.

Negatives

Finding good places to eat close to the condo can be a bit of a challenge since there aren’t many dining options right around this area. Also, for someone like me who exercises regularly, it’s a bit inconvenient that there isn’t a gym nearby, which sometimes means trekking further to keep up with workouts.

The abundance of green spaces and quiet surroundings make it perfect for unwinding after a full day’s work. There’s a nice mix of restaurants offering both local and international flavors, which keeps me excited about meal options without needing to leave the area.

Negatives

Getting around can sometimes be tricky as public transport options aren’t great, meaning you really need your own wheels. The nightlife isn’t exactly vibrant—most evenings are pretty low-key, so it’s not the place to find late-night entertainment. Also, if you’re the gym type, you might be disappointed since there aren’t many decent facilities nearby.
