Positives

The location is pretty convenient when it comes to public transport, which means getting around Bangkok is straightforward without too much hassle. The area feels safe and the streets around are well-lit, so I usually feel comfortable going out in the evenings. Traffic generally flows well thanks to decent road conditions, which is an advantage during rush hours.

Negatives

There isn’t a huge variety of restaurants nearby, so it can get a bit repetitive especially if you enjoy trying new places to eat. Also, finding pleasant green spaces for outdoor activities is a bit of a challenge here, so if you’re someone who likes spending time in parks or gardens, this might feel limiting.

Positives

Lots of local green spots make it easy to enjoy some quiet outdoors even if you're working a busy schedule. Getting around to central places isn't too bad thanks to public transit not too far away. For someone working remotely, the internet is pretty solid, which I appreciated during work projects. The neighborhood generally feels calm and safe when out in the evening.

Negatives

There weren’t many dining options nearby, so grabbing something varied or quick often meant hopping in a car. The layout of the neighborhood isn’t very walk-friendly, so I almost always needed transport to do everyday errands. Community activities or gathering points were scarce, making it a bit isolating at times.
