The streets stay relatively clean, which in this part of town always makes a difference.

Negatives

The biggest downside is probably the limited dining choices nearby, so you might have to travel a bit to find more variety. Also, if you like to walk or wander spontaneously on foot, it’s a bit tricky as the paths aren’t always pedestrian-friendly.
