Positives

This area really shines if you want a calm and refreshing environment with lots of green spaces for walking or getting some fresh air. The roads are easy to navigate, and overall it feels very safe, making it a great base when you want to balance peaceful living with decent out access to Rayong. I usually find plenty of low-key spots to relax or work uninterrupted.

Negatives

It’s definitely a spot where you’ll want your own vehicle as public transport isn’t very frequent, and options for eating out or grabbing entertainment aren’t much to write home about. Shopping is limited so prepping in advance is pretty much a must, while evenings feel quiet, almost to a fault if you’re used to buzzing nightlife or lots of community hangouts.

Living here feels peaceful thanks to the quiet surroundings and the nearby green spaces where I often take my morning walks. The safety in the area is reassuring, and roads are easy to navigate which helps when running errands or commuting by car. It’s definitely a good spot if you’re looking for a calm lifestyle away from noisy crowds.

Negatives

The downside is that there aren’t many dining options nearby, so you do have to plan where to eat or cook your own meals more often than I'd like. Also, being a little far from major public transport makes outings without a vehicle somewhat inconvenient.
