4.0

Positives

Nong Kae offers a nice balance of quiet residential vibe with enough amenities close at hand. You don’t have to travel far for dining or a convenient spot to catch public transport, which makes daily life much easier. The presence of green spaces adds a refreshing touch, perfect for weekend strolls or a peaceful retreat from the city bustle.

Negatives

There isn’t much in the way of gyms nearby, so it might feel a bit limiting if you prioritize a serious workout routine close to home. Also, while there are some restaurants, those looking for a wider range of dining options might find it somewhat restricted compared to central Hua Hin.

4.5

Positives

Life in Amari Residences has truly been a delight. It's set in a picturesque area near the beach, which provides both tranquility and inspiration for my creative work. There's a fantastic assortment of local eateries where you can easily spend evenings exploring flavors, and the community here feels warm and welcoming, making it easy to meet people.

Negatives

One thing to keep in mind is that while it feels serene, some aspects like dining opportunities at certain times can feel a bit limited. Also, if you're someone who enjoys vibrant nightlife or easy access to community activities, you might find that stacking those commodities can take some planning.

Positives

Hua Hin truly won me over with its tropical charm. I find sunbathing on the beach leisurely most afternoons, and gathering fresh produce at the local markets is right up my alley. The ease of feeling safe while walking around and meeting diverse people transforms your days into an enjoyable routine. For anyone just wanting to retreat from the brisk pace of bigger cities, it's worth checking out here.

Negatives

While the range of dining options isn't incredibly vast, favorite local spots definitely make up for it. There are periods where it feels like options to try something new are a bit limited. Also, a lack of dedicated community centers might make forming closer relationships and connections with fellow expats a tad more challenging.
