Services/Inclusions

• Fully staffed daily 08:00-20:00 daily.
• Rooms cleaned daily.
• No extra charges for utilities unless demands are made to air-condition the 4 th floor dining area. Please note that this has only been requested by one group to date.
• Bottled drinking water (two bottles per person per day)
• Breakfast is served daily 08:30-10:30 at no extra cost.
• All rooms have the following: Body wash, soap, shampoo, comb, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water (max 3/person/day, please consider the environment and use filtered water when possible), towels, bath robe, slippers, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box (see below), and laundry bags (place outside door, staff will send them to a professional laundry).
• Lunches and dinners can be purchased as per menu.
• Staff overtime charged at THB 500/hour/person starting at 21:00.
• Personal laundry can be left outside rooms in provided laundry bags to be sent to a local laundry. Current pricing is THB 60/kg without ironing and THB 100/kg with ironing.
• Massage services can be arranged in the Villa at extra cost.
• Celebratory events can be coordinated with villa staff. We can help arrange birthday parties, anniversaries, and even weddings by allowing guests to contact suppliers of various services directly, greatly reducing costs as compared to using professional wedding planners.
