Phenomenon Residence

Phenomenon Residence is a large residential and hotel project by Phuket9 Co., Ltd., developed in collaboration with the Dutch architecture firm Common Practice and renowned urbanist Ilya Varlamov.

The project embodies the concept of a “village on the hillside,” combining modern architecture, functionality, and breathtaking views.

The project is located in the Kata area, just ~300 meters (about 3–5 minutes on foot) from Kata Beach.

The 13,800 m² site is situated on a hillside, providing panoramic sea and surrounding area views for most apartments.

The surrounding infrastructure includes restaurants, shops, massage parlors, currency exchange, pharmacies, and tourist services — everything needed for comfortable living and rental income.

• Underground parking (2 levels) and organized logistics within the complex using golf carts.

• Pedestrian pathways designed for comfortable movement throughout the complex.

• Common areas: rooftop swimming pools, restaurant, bar, café, TOP’s supermarket on-site.

• 24-hour security, reception, CCTV surveillance.

• The architecture is organically integrated into Phuket’s hilly landscape: the buildings curve and avoid conventional straight lines.
