This expansive level continues, with seating nooks and alcoves under stained glass windows, all surrounded with intricate detail and beautiful Asian and Arabian artifacts.
Access to the lower floor via a wide staircase with double-height ceilings, topped with the second golden dome. Natural light is in abundance due to the windows on three sides, and the sea views beyond.
Main Living AreaThis is the heart of the property. The communal areas on the main living floor are well integrated with easy movement between kitchen, living, dining and working areas. The living room, dining room, kitchen flow easily to the terrace, pool and gardens.
The large swimming pool is surrounded by terrace and mature tropical gardens. A custom Sala is to the left of the garden to provide shade through the afternoon. Whilst to the right, you will find a huge pool side swinging daybed.

Hey Drew, Rent-to-buy isn't very common here in Phuket, but it does happen occasionally—especially in the form of owner financing. Most off-plan developers usually offer structured payment schedules, with many requiring full payment before handover. That said, some do offer extended plans that stretch over 5–10 years. I’ve got a few interesting options in Rawai and Bangtao if you'd like to explore them.
