Villa Sunflyer at Samsara is an oceanfront villa that is currently under construction and boasts a completely new design. The villa has been created to offer a luxurious, contemporary take on the original award-winning villas, with a modern twist. The location of the villa is unbeatable, situated on the Kamala Headland on Millionaires’ Mile, offering breathtaking ocean and beach views across Patong Bay and beyond. The land is direct oceanfront, holds the much-favoured Chanote title, and is approximately 1,400 sqm in size. The villa has been designed by one of Phuket’s foremost architects and developed by Cornerstone Development Co, Ltd, one of Thailand’s leading companies. Construction began in December 2022, and completion is expected by Q4 2023.

The Samsara estate is positioned on its own headland overlooking the open ocean, across Patong Bay and Patong Beach. The estate is private and secure, yet only a 5-minute drive to downtown Patong and 5 minutes’ drive to Kamala Beach.
