On the flip side, the friendly encounters I’ve had truly stand out, and one little street food stall always comes to mind when I think of the place. Visiting Phitsanulok allows you to immerse yourself in Thai culture while still enjoying a relaxed, supportive community atmosphere, which I’ve cherished ever since.

Negatives

While it's cozy, occasionally you find yourself wishing for a bit more variety in dining choices. After a while, the menus might feel a shade repetitive, and transport options can be a little loose if you fancy exploring outside the town without a car.
