Living at Palm Villas Cha Am has been really pleasant, especially with the nice green spaces nearby where I can unwind after work. The area feels peaceful and offers some lovely seaside views that make the quieter lifestyle easy to enjoy. It’s pretty easy to get around with public transport options, which suits me well since I don’t drive much.

Negatives

The downside is that dining options are somewhat limited in the immediate area, so I often have to travel a bit farther for a good meal or to find some variety. Being slightly removed from larger shopping centers means quick errands can take more effort than I initially expected.
