Positives

Living here means having easy access to transportation for work and errands, which really cuts down on stress. The roads are well-maintained and clean, making daily trips comfortable whether I’m on my scooter or driving. I also appreciate how calm and relatively safe the neighborhood feels once evening settles in.

Negatives

There aren't many places nearby to enjoy a nice meal out, so nights out require a bit more planning or a short drive elsewhere. Plus, the lack of nearby parks or green spaces makes it harder to find a relaxing outdoor spot within walking distance.
