Positives

Living here means enjoying peaceful surroundings with lots of green spaces that are perfect for evening walks or weekend relaxation. The neighborhood feels safe, and there’s a nice sense of community among the residents, which really adds to the comfort of the area.

Negatives

Getting around can be a bit inconvenient without a car, as public transport options don’t come close to where I live. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, so I usually have to prepare meals at home or drive out for more options.

Negatives

While I loved the proximity to parks and well-kept streets, it might feel a bit limited regarding dining options and night entertainment for some folks. If you thrive on busy spots with food stalls or nightlife, you might wish for a denser selection nearby.

This is a project similar to the one I used to live in. The food is great and available 24 hours. There is a new sports field next to the project. It is close to the university, making it convenient to travel.

Negatives

There are very few and far-away U-turns for cars, making it take a long time to travel if I drive my car to university.
