Morning and afternoon local markets take only 5 minutes walk, not including 2 or 3 grocery stores within walking distance. Minimum one year lease. No pet is allowed. Being close to nature really brings peace of mind. The quiet streets and green spaces around Ban Du make it easy to relax after work or go jogging on weekends. It's also safe to walk around here, so I feel secure whether I'm out early or late.
Negatives
There aren’t many restaurants or places to eat nearby, so sometimes I have to travel a bit to find something different. Public transport isn’t super close either, which can be a little inconvenient if you don’t drive.
