The neighborhood feels really peaceful with plenty of green spaces around, making it easy to relax and recharge after work. It’s quiet enough to focus if you’re freelancing or need calm, but still close enough to main roads to get into Chiang Mai fairly quickly. Safety at night is reassuring, which helps a lot when you’re walking home late.

Negatives

Getting around without a car can be tough here since public transport options are limited, and there aren't many restaurants or shops within walking distance. If you prefer an active nightlife or lots of casual dining nearby, Khua Mung might feel a bit too calm for you.
