The location of 103 Central Condominium in Chai Sathan strikes a nice balance between being peaceful and reasonably well connected. It’s easy to get around Chiang Mai from here thanks to nearby transport options, but what I really appreciate is the quiet neighborhood filled with green spaces – perfect for relaxing after a working day. It feels like a place where you can really unwind without the constant city noise.

Negatives

What can be a bit inconvenient is that dining spots aren’t very close, so you might have to drive a little further for good food. Also, the area isn’t the easiest to walk around, especially if you’re someone who enjoys taking strolls or jogging outside. It’s not a dealbreaker but something to think about depending on your lifestyle.

Chai Sathan in Saraphi has such a peaceful vibe with plenty of green spaces around. It feels safe and quiet, which is ideal when I need to focus on work or just relax after a busy week. The neighborhood is pretty clean and well-kept which makes coming home a pleasant experience.

Negatives

Public transport can be a bit sparse, so getting around without a motorbike or car might be inconvenient. There aren't many dining options close by, so I usually have to travel a bit for a greater variety in food or social spots.
