Living at Issara Chiangmai makes the quieter side of Chiang Mai really accessible without being totally cut off from conveniences. The green spaces around are great for running or just stepping out for some fresh air after a long day working from home. It’s definitely the kind of place where you feel safe wandering around in the evening, which is a big plus. If you value calm surroundings and decent connectivity for your daily life, you'll feel right at home here.

Negatives

The main challenge here is that it’s a bit of a drive if you rely on public transport or prefer walking to go out for food since dining options nearby are quite limited. If you're into social hangouts or want that bustling urban vibe close to your place, this might not be the spot. A car practically becomes essential unless you’re happy sticking close to the project.

Positives

The greenery around is refreshing and offers a peaceful break from hectic city living. It's easy to find quiet spots to unwind or get some work done outdoors, which fits well with my lifestyle. I also feel quite safe walking around, even in the evenings.

Negatives

Getting around without a vehicle can be tricky since it’s a bit far from public transport, and dining options nearby are quite limited. On days when I want to go out somewhere lively or grab different food choices quickly, it requires a bit of planning.

Despite its few limitations, I truly treasure the peaceful escape San Sai offers. For anyone who values mindfulness and nature alongside a sense of community, I would wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s filled with friendly faces and an inviting atmosphere that somehow makes everyday activities feel rewarding. You may just find a little slice of paradise here.

Negatives

It's worth mentioning that while the tranquility is lovely, some might find San Sai a bit limited when it comes to dining options. À craving a city life entourage may lead to some frustration, as seeing friends or finding food past a certain hour could sometimes require a bit of a drive.
