The surroundings are really peaceful and you get plenty of green space around here, which is a rare find close to Chiang Mai. I appreciate how calm and safe the neighborhood tends to be after dark, and for the most part, the roads are well maintained. It feels easy to live a simple yet comfortable lifestyle, plus the nearby shopping malls cover most of what I need for convenience.

Negatives

You’ll need a vehicle for pretty much everything as public transport options are limited, which can be a bit inconvenient at times. There aren’t many places to eat locally, so if you like eating out regularly, you’ll end up driving quite far. It’s also a place where bike lanes are basically nonexistent, which isn’t great if you’re trying to stay active with cycling.
