Positives

Rimping Condominium has a great location if you want a solid mix of convenience and comfort. It’s really easy to get around since public transport is close by, and there are decent dining options nearby that let you enjoy everything from local Thai bites to more international flavors. The area feels safe even late in the evening and walking around won’t be too much of a hassle if you like to explore on foot, which is what I appreciated most.

Negatives

Sometimes I felt like the dining options could be better and more diverse, especially if you get tired of the same restaurants nearby. And while it’s technically walkable, a few streets are a bit challenging on foot because of the uneven sidewalks or traffic, which wasn’t always fun. It’s also not the quietest place around if you don’t like urban buzz.

Positives

Wat Ket feels like a calm little pocket within Chiang Mai where I can easily balance work and relaxing breaks. It’s nice to have several small restaurants serving diverse food choices close by, so meals never get boring. Getting around is pretty easy thanks to nearby public transport, and when I need a break, there are some peaceful spots to enjoy green surroundings that help clear my mind.

Negatives

It can feel a bit quiet and slow in the evenings, with limited nightlife options if you’re looking for something lively. Also, there’s a notable absence of dedicated bike lanes, which is a shame if you prefer cycling through the neighborhood and staying active that way.
