Positives

Living here feels like striking a nice balance between peaceful living and being close enough to a mix of local eateries and some shopping options. I especially appreciate how easy it is to get outside for some fresh air, which really fits my appetite for quieter afternoons. Feeling secure walking around during the evenings gives me extra comfort when I'm staying in or heading out.

Negatives

There aren’t as many dining places immediately around here as I sometimes wish for when I crave quick options. Plus, the neighborhood isn’t exactly the easiest to navigate on foot, which sometimes makes short trips a bit of a hassle if you rely on walking.

Positives

It's so cool. I've never lived in a condo that was this cool. Spacious room, can play football. The important thing for Tiktok stars like us is They designed the room so well. Tiktok can be photographed in every corner of the room. The rooms are too private, the people are friendly, the common area is great. Take it for a million points. Very satisfying.

Negatives

The road is a bit bad but it has nothing to do with the condo. Frien has no disadvantages.
