Positives

The location is pretty convenient—there’s good access to public transport, which makes getting around Chiang Mai really straightforward, especially when heading downtown or to the airport. I also appreciate the quiet neighborhood vibe and the green spaces nearby, which are perfect for unwinding after work or going for a morning jog. Feeling safe walking home at night makes a big difference, and the whole area really supports a balanced lifestyle.

Negatives

One downside is that dining options immediately around the condominium are somewhat limited compared to other parts of Chiang Mai, so you often need a short drive to find a wider variety of restaurants. Also, if you’re into cycling, it’s a shame there aren’t dedicated bike lanes close by, which makes getting around on two wheels less safe and convenient.

Positives

It's so cool. I've never lived in a condo that was this cool. Spacious room, can play football. The important thing for Tiktok stars like us is They designed the room so well. Tiktok can be photographed in every corner of the room. The rooms are too private, the people are friendly, the common area is great. Take it for a million points. Very satisfying.

Negatives

The road is a bit bad but it has nothing to do with the condo. Frien has no disadvantages.
