Positives

Living here feels quite balanced because it’s easy to get around without needing a car, thanks to the nearby transport options. The environment is peaceful and clean, which helps me stay relaxed after long workdays. There’s also nice green spaces close by where I like to unwind or go for a run when I need a break indoors.

Negatives

Even though the area is quiet and safe, there aren't many places to eat close to the condominium, so sometimes I have to travel a bit for meals or social gatherings. I also miss having bike lanes, which would make it easier for short rides around the neighborhood.

Positives

Living in Nong Pa Khrang feels like a breath of fresh air compared to the busier parts of Chiang Mai. The area is peaceful and close to some lovely green spots where I often go to recharge. Even though it’s peaceful, getting around isn’t a hassle thanks to decent public transport nearby. It’s one of those neighborhoods that really helps keep life calm and balanced.

Negatives

It's not the best spot if you’re someone who loves a vibrant dining scene or nightlife. You might find yourself traveling a bit farther when in the mood for variety or late-night activities. Also, while it’s quiet and safe, a few more cafes or community spaces where neighbors can meet would be nice.
