Positives

It’s a neat spot if you like calm surroundings that still let you get around easily by bus or walking. I appreciate having some nice greenery close by to unwind after work. It’s quite quiet most of the time, which helps me focus when I’m working from home.

Negatives

I did find it a bit limiting when it comes to options for grabbing a quick bite or going out for something to eat. Also, if you’re into biking, there aren't many bike paths around, which makes cycling less enjoyable here.

Positives

Living in Nong Pa Khrang feels like a breath of fresh air compared to the busier parts of Chiang Mai. The area is peaceful and close to some lovely green spots where I often go to recharge. Even though it’s peaceful, getting around isn’t a hassle thanks to decent public transport nearby. It’s one of those neighborhoods that really helps keep life calm and balanced.

Negatives

It's not the best spot if you’re someone who loves a vibrant dining scene or nightlife. You might find yourself traveling a bit farther when in the mood for variety or late-night activities. Also, while it’s quiet and safe, a few more cafes or community spaces where neighbors can meet would be nice.
