Mae Hia offers a nice balance of peaceful living with convenient access to the city center. There are plenty of green spaces nearby for weekend strolls and it's quite close to public transport options, which makes commuting straightforward. It's generally a safe and quiet spot, perfect if you want to come home to a calm neighborhood after a busy day.

Negatives

It doesn’t have a ton of restaurants or nightlife right nearby, so if you're hoping for lots of dining or entertainment options within walking distance, it might feel a little limited. Some areas can be a bit tough to navigate on foot since sidewalks aren't great throughout.

Positives

Living in North Condo Serene Lake was such a delight. The tranquility of the surroundings of Mae Hia is a perfect escape from the chaos of the city, yet it's just a quick drive away. The views of the lake are incredibly calming and made those early morning coffee breaks quite special.

Negatives

It would have been better if there were more dining options nearby. I found myself wishing for more variety and choices some days. Additionally, I had to venture a bit farther to find a gym, which wasn’t the most convenient for keeping up with my fitness routine.
