Positives

If you’re looking for a place that’s fairly easy to get around and still not too noisy, this spot manages a good balance. It’s nice having parks and green areas fairly close by, perfect for weekend relaxation or a casual run. The neighborhood feels calm and safe, which I really appreciate living here.

Negatives

There aren’t that many dining choices right around the corner, so you might have to go a bit farther for variety if you’re a foodie. Plus, it’s not the easiest place to walk around due to limited sidewalks, so having your own transport or getting comfortable with local taxis is a bit of a must.

Positives

It's a condo that is already warm. There are many zones for taking pictures, very beautiful. Located in the heart of the city, convenient, no one is busy. The room has privacy and can keep sound well, which is great here. The view of Chiang Mai is really great. It's really heart-warming. The room is wide and you can play football and jump on tires. The people are very kind. I like it the most. If I didn't go for an internship, I definitely wouldn't leave here.
