Positives

Chang Phueak is great if you're after peace and a nice natural environment to unwind in. There are some lovely parks and open spaces nearby, which make it perfect for morning runs or calming evening strolls. For someone like me who works remotely, I enjoy the quieter streets combined with easy access to a few shopping malls for when I need to pick up essentials or just browse occasionally.

Negatives

It can feel a bit isolated if you rely heavily on public transport, as it's quite a walk from main bus routes and there just aren't many dining choices close by. So if you film long busy days filled with many errands or social plans, this might not be the most convenient spot.

Positives

Living around D’Vieng Santitham makes getting around pretty convenient, especially with public transport close by and plenty of nearby shops and good places to eat. It’s a really walkable area, which is great for when I want to take a break without jumping in a car. Overall, it fits really well for someone who likes city life but still wants reachable amenities.

Negatives

One downside is the lack of green spaces nearby, so it can get a bit limiting if you’re craving nature right outside your door. Also, the nightlife isn’t anything special, so if that’s something you really care about, you might find it a bit dull when the sun goes down.
