Positives

Living at The Trio has been pretty enjoyable with green parks close by and some good shopping spots within easy reach. It feels safe walking around even after dark, which is a real comfort, and the overall peaceful surroundings help me focus when working from home. The community is calm and friendly, striking a nice balance between quiet life and sufficient access to what I need day-to-day.

Negatives

The area could definitely use more diverse places to eat nearby; I often have to travel a bit if I want a decent variety of dining options. Also, it’s not the easiest place to get around on foot due to limited sidewalks and some bumpy stretches on local streets, which makes casual evening strolls or pop-out errands less relaxing than I'd like.

Positives

Chang Phueak is great if you're after peace and a nice natural environment to unwind in. There are some lovely parks and open spaces nearby, which make it perfect for morning runs or calming evening strolls. For someone like me who works remotely, I enjoy the quieter streets combined with easy access to a few shopping malls for when I need to pick up essentials or just browse occasionally.

Negatives

It can feel a bit isolated if you rely heavily on public transport, as it's quite a walk from main bus routes and there just aren't many dining choices close by. So if you film long busy days filled with many errands or social plans, this might not be the most convenient spot.
