Positives

Living at CASA CONDO CHIANGMAI has been quite pleasant because it's easy to get around thanks to the nearby public transport, and there are some lovely green spaces close by for relaxing walks. The area feels safe in the evenings, which makes coming home after work comfortable. Its quiet atmosphere suits my focus-driven lifestyle well.

Negatives

I sometimes wish there were more places to eat or hang out nearby in the evenings, since the dining options and nightlife are limited. It means that on days I want to enjoy a lively night out, I have to travel a bit further than I’d prefer.

Chang Phueak is great if you're after peace and a nice natural environment to unwind in. There are some lovely parks and open spaces nearby, which make it perfect for morning runs or calming evening strolls. For someone like me who works remotely, I enjoy the quieter streets combined with easy access to a few shopping malls for when I need to pick up essentials or just browse occasionally.

Negatives

It can feel a bit isolated if you rely heavily on public transport, as it's quite a walk from main bus routes and there just aren't many dining choices close by. So if you film long busy days filled with many errands or social plans, this might not be the most convenient spot.
