Positives

Living here is quite comfortable thanks to the abundance of different restaurants around, so there's always something new to try after work. The whole area is very walkable; it’s easy to step out without needing a vehicle for most errands or social trips. I also appreciate the green spaces nearby which are perfect for quiet strolls or unwinding during the weekends.

Negatives

One thing I noticed is that while it’s great for walking, there aren’t many bike lanes, which might bother anyone who prefers to bike around. Also, for serious shopping I tend to have to travel a bit farther since there aren’t many notable shopping centers right in the neighborhood.

Positives

This place is easy to get around thanks to good transportation connections, which makes commuting pretty straightforward. I like that it’s in a quieter part of Chiang Mai but still close enough to places with good food options and a bit of green nearby for weekend strolls. It’s a nice spot if you want to balance work and downtime without feeling too far out from the busy parts of town.

Negatives

If you’re someone who often invites friends out or enjoys nightlife, this might feel a little limited. There aren’t many dining venues or places to hang out in the evenings close by, so you might find yourself traveling a bit or staying in most nights when craving more activity.
