Living here, I genuinely enjoy how easy it is to get around – the location offers solid access to public transport and a peaceful vibe, which is rare to find in Chiang Mai. The views are a great touch, making downtime feel more like a mini retreat from the city buzz. Plus, if you like having shopping nearby, this place has you covered without it being overcrowded.

Negatives

It’s a bit of a letdown when it comes to dining choices; there aren’t many spots close by to grab a bite, so you usually end up traveling a bit for a variety. Also, community activities don’t seem very common in the area, so it might feel a little isolated if you're looking to get involved socially close to home.
