The Collection: A Fresh Take on City Living in Sukhumvit-Asok
In the lively Sukhumvit-Asok area, The Collection by Siamese Asset is a cool new high-rise condo project that’s changing the way we think about city life. It's tucked away in the quiet Sukhumvit Soi 16 but offers a perfect mix of city perks and peaceful vibes. This well-planned development includes two different buildings—Building A, a 7-story low-rise, and Building B, a towering 41-story high-rise—catering to both residents and potential investors.
Property Details: A Place for Every Lifestyle
Building A offers a cozier setup with 36 living units and 4 shop spaces, perfect for those who like a close-knit community feel. On the other hand, Building B has 443 units spread over residential and service residence zones, suitable for all kinds of lifestyles. The units range from comfy one-bedroom places to spacious penthouses, with sizes from 35.61 sq.m. to a roomy 145.32 sq.m., all thoughtfully designed with 2.85-meter high ceilings to make everything feel more open.
Residents can enjoy plenty of amenities that are seamlessly included in the building to make daily life better. These include a Co-working space, Fitness center, Private Meeting Room, and a Co-Kitchen Space for those who love cooking. The standout feature is the Sky Lounge on the 41st floor, with amazing views, perfect for relaxing after a long day or hosting small get-togethers.
The Location: Where Ease Meets Peace
Located in the bustling Sukhumvit Soi 16, The Collection is only a short 650 meters from BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations, making it super convenient for public transport users. The area has plenty of shortcuts through alleys linking to major roads like Rama 4, cutting down travel times throughout Bangkok’s central areas.
The area around The Collection is a lively mix of city life and nature. Residents will love being near Benjakitti Park, a green escape right across the street, offering a big lake and open spaces for chilling and working out. For everyday needs, there are loads of restaurants, shops, and local markets within walking distance, including the well-known Terminal 21 shopping center.
Sukhumvit Soi 16 is also a bustling neighborhood filled with office buildings like Exchange Tower and Interchange 21, making business centers and various dining and leisure options always nearby. The area is a favorite among expats, providing a multicultural setting with a range of international dining options and expat-friendly amenities.
Design and Environment: Clean, Green, and Smart
The Collection focuses on a design that is environmentally friendly and embraces innovative technology. Using sustainable materials like Low-E glass, solar panels, and air purification systems, the development is in line with eco-friendly living. Notably, the VRV air conditioning system and separate water piping for waste and faucet water show a commitment to comfort and efficiency.
The building's layout itself boosts privacy, with single corridors minimizing noise and enhancing personal space. Some units offer great views of Benjakitti Park—a rare find in such a central location—providing a refreshing break from the city bustle. The west-facing units are particularly appealing for their clear park views.
Practical Benefits: A Connected Community
Beyond the immediate area, The Collection is strategically located close to major expressways, like the Chalerm Mahanakhon Expressway, making driving around Bangkok easier. Even with traffic during peak hours on major roads, Sukhumvit Soi 16 offers practical shortcut options, helping residents get around the city more smoothly and with less stress.
Additionally, the project offers a richer lifestyle with access to fitness facilities, green spaces, and a vibrant community, quietly situated enough to offer peace but close enough to stay connected to Bangkok’s vibrant energy.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
