About Rhythm Sathorn
Exploring Rhythm Sathorn: Where Culture Meets Modern Life
Living in the heart of Bangkok offers a unique rhythm, blending bustling city life with the gentle flow of the Chao Phraya River. Rhythm Sathorn, part of "The Slow Collection," captures this vibe perfectly. Situated conveniently across from the iconic Sathorn Unique building, this condo development provides a peaceful escape amidst urban energy. Designed by famous Japanese designer Mr. Naoto Fukasawa, Rhythm Sathorn combines simple elegance with practicality, offering living spaces that balance beauty with everyday functionality.
Property Highlights: Smart Design for Everyday Living
The development includes two standout high-rise buildings. The North Building, with 37 floors, contains 429 units, while the South Building, at 41 floors, offers 481 units. There's plenty of parking, thanks to a four-storey parking building that fits about 487 cars, and can go up to 580 cars with double parking.
You can choose from one-bedroom apartments that range from 35 to 55 square meters with starting prices around 4.8 million baht, or two-bedroom units covering 62 to 67 square meters, starting at 9.2 million baht. Each unit has a 2.6-meter ceiling, giving it a spacious and airy feel. Mr. Fukasawa's interior design adds sleek lines and functional elegance. The average price of 150,000 baht per square meter makes it a reasonable investment in this bustling area of Bangkok.
Amenities: Designed for Comfort and Ease
- There are two L-shaped saltwater swimming pools, more for relaxing than intense exercising, but they offer peaceful spots to unwind.
- Work out in fitness centers equipped with modern gear and enjoy cityscape and river views.
- Sky gardens and well-landscaped common areas invite you to relax and take it all in.
- Community-friendly spaces like catering rooms and a large, beautifully designed lobby highlight a sense of community and convenience.
Residents enjoy well-planned facilities shared between the buildings, making communal living comfortable and straightforward.
Location: Right in Bangkok's Heartbeat
Rhythm Sathorn isn’t right on Sathorn Road, but its spot at the foot of Taksin Bridge leading to Charoen Krung is key. This area is rich in Bangkok's history, with vintage buildings and cobblestone streets that tell a story. It's perfect for those who love the charm of the old city with the perks of modern living.
The neighborhood is packed with useful amenities—schools like Assumption Suksa and Bangkok Christian College, hospitals such as Lerdsin and Saint Louis Hospital, and shopping spots like Robinson Bangrak are all nearby. Plus, being close to the BTS Saphan Taksin Station improves connectivity, making Rhythm Sathorn a commuter-friendly place to live.
Getting Around: Easy and Accessible
The spot offers a handy mix of road and river transport options. Even with Bangkok’s notorious traffic, access to major roads like Rama 3 and Ratchaphruek is straightforward, making commutes easier. The nearby ferry and express boat services provide alternatives during busy times, a popular choice for many residents. Although the BTS Saphan Taksin station's future has been discussed in urban planning, its operation remains a key convenience for now.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
