A Look at the Layout and Design
REACH Phahon Yothin 52 features a low-rise condo setup with six buildings, each having eight floors over nearly five rai of land. The development includes 826 units, all in a single-room layout: a 1-bedroom, 30-square-meter space, priced at a fixed rate of 999,900 baht. This consistent pricing comes thanks to the Board of Investment (BOI) scheme, which subtly helps with costs, giving buyers a little extra financial nudge.
The units are designed for practical living, with ceilings at 2.4 meters to create a comfortable and snug environment. Parking is available on the ground and underground floors, accommodating about 282 cars, covering roughly 34% of the total units. The buildings show off a clean, modern vibe and use space efficiently—perfect for young professionals or small families starting out.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
