House Design and Layout
The Grande Pleno Ramintra features the OLIVIA house design—a two-story twin house that's both practical and stylish. Each home sits on a spacious plot starting at 50.6 square wah (about 202.4 square meters), giving you plenty of room to expand or garden.
The OLIVIA homes come with a total usable area of 119.73 square meters, including three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for two cars, making them perfect for small families. The first floor hosts a roomy L-shaped common area that links the living room, dining area, and a flexible multipurpose zone, alongside an open Thai kitchen for practicality and culinary fun.
Heading upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms designed to make the most of the space. The master bedroom is spacious and well thought-out, while the other two bedrooms are comfortable and private. The ground floor ceiling is 2.6 meters high, increasing to 2.75 meters on the upper level, adding a touch of space without being excessive.

Grande Pleno Ramintra focuses on community well-being with a clubhouse at the forefront. It has a 6x14 meter outdoor saltwater pool, along with a children's pool for safe swimming. There's also a fitness room overlooking the pool, complete with essential workout machines.
A one-rai (about 1,600 square meters) garden area adds a green touch, perfect for relaxing or letting kids play. Safety is a priority here, with 24-hour security, a tall perimeter fence, and a modern KATSAN security system with visitor management and CCTV.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Hello you interested prawet area?
Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
