Discovering CIELA Sripathum: A Journey into Modern Comfort
Right in the middle of Chatuchak, Bangkok, CIELA Sripathum opens up a new chapter for Grand Unity with their first brand launch of the year. This place is especially attractive because it's located right next to Sripathum University, making it a great choice for students, teachers, and anyone wanting to be close to educational centers. This 28-story building gives people a great view of Bangkok and offers a lifestyle that's all about convenience and being well-connected.
Main Features
CIELA Sripathum has one tall building with 900 living spaces and three retail shops. There’s also a six-story parking lot at the back, with space for about 40% of the units, not counting double-parking spots. Construction began in early 2018 and wrapped up by the end of 2019. Its S-shaped design not only fits well with the city surroundings but also makes the most of space, letting natural light brighten up the interiors.
Living Spaces and Extras
The condo offers a range of units to fit different needs, from small studios of 21.5 square meters to roomy two-bedroom apartments of up to 60 square meters. With ceiling heights between 2.3 and 2.6 meters, each space feels open and airy. Added touches like built-in closets, shoe cabinets, air conditioners, and kitchens by HAFELE make living here comfortable.
With a bunch of amenities on the ground and rooftop, CIELA Sripathum becomes even more attractive. The sky fitness center, lounge, and garden on the top floor let residents relax while soaking in stunning city views. There’s a 25-meter swimming pool with sections for kids and adults, perfect for a refreshing swim on a hot day. These shared areas create a sense of community and offer some leisure time.
Location and Getting Around
On the busy Phahonyothin Road, this project is close to the Green Line extension of the electric train, with Sri Pathum Station just steps away. This makes it easy for residents to move around, whether heading to the city or the suburbs. For those with cars, the development is conveniently near main roads and several U-turns for smooth travel.
The surrounding area mixes residential and commercial spaces, with nearby educational institutions like Sripathum and Kasetsart Universities. Eateries and shops are plentiful along Phahonyothin Road, and several retail spots like Tesco Lotus and Central Plaza are a short drive away. Health services like Central General Hospital add more convenience to living in this lively area.
Everyday Practical Conveniences
Even with its strategic spot, CIELA Sripathum's surrounding area keeps a peaceful residential feel. The nearby Bang Khen Canal Road, an alternative to Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, helps avoid traffic jams during rush hours, making daily tasks or weekend plans easier.
Public transportation is great with lots of buses and vans on the main road. The area offers a mix of schools and government offices, creating a balance between work, study, and urban living.

Questions & Answers
(2)How can I make profit from buying a condo in Bangkok?
Hello Ye... This ultra-luxury property in Bangkok offers strong investment potential through both capital appreciation and rental income. Historically, prime Bangkok real estate has appreciated by approximately 3–6% per year, supported by ongoing infrastructure development and limited supply in premium segments. Rental yields for high-end properties typically range from 4–6% gross annually, depending on location and unit size. With the right positioning, this property could generate a combined annual return of up to 8–10% before costs, making it an attractive option for long-term investors seeking both income and value growth.

Thanks for your replies and helping me out!
Are there pros/cons of buying a condo on Thong Lo vs Ekkamai? Or are they similar?
Thong Lor and Ekkamai are very close to each other. Just a street over, however Ekkamai typically is better value yet still just 5-10 min away.
While close to each other, Thonglor is more developed and has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. It is a more "desirable" neighbourhood and in demand. It will attract higher prices for both rent and sale. Ekkamai is a developing area, and will eventually catch up to Thonglor. So, if you like trendy areas, Tonglor will be your more expensive option, if you prefer to stretch your budget a little further, Ekkamai is a good option with a strong potential to increase in value.
Ekkamai is a bit (but a bit) quieter Other is pretty much the same - all depends on the specific project
