Living in Ban Mai feels comforting with lots of green areas around where I can relax after work. The neighborhood is quiet and feels secure, room to walk around safely even after dark which is great when I want an evening stroll. It's not too far from Nakhon Ratchasima center, so grabbing essentials is pretty straightforward.
Negatives
One drawback here is the limited eating choices close by, so I usually end up cooking or driving to other parts for good meals. Also, if you like biking or quick access to lots of shops, Ban Mai might feel a bit restrictive since options like bike lanes and shopping malls are scarce.
