Living here means I'm never far from MCCY or Bencoolen MRT, which makes commuting very convenient. There’s a decent mix of restaurants close by, so it’s easy to unwind after work or catch up with friends. With well-lit streets and lots of places you can just walk to, the daily errands and weekend plans usually feel pretty stress-free.

Sometimes the area gets a bit noisy, especially during weekends, which can be a challenge when you're after some quiet time.
