Living in Skycourts Towers is convenient, especially when you need to get around the city. The roads nearby are well maintained, and it’s generally a quiet area which helps me focus when working from home. The community feels safe and the streets are clean, which adds a nice bit of comfort to everyday life.
السلبيات
It would be nicer if there were more green spaces or parks close by — sometimes I feel like I have to travel quite a bit just to find a spot to unwind outdoors. Also, there’s not a wide range of restaurants within walking distance, so I usually end up cooking at home or driving out for meals.

Living in Dubai Land felt like a breath of fresh air. There’s a lovely sense of peace, with parks and green spaces where you can unwind after a long day. Plus, I never felt unsafe walking around, even at night, which truly added to my enjoyment of the area.
السلبيات
I did find that the dining options were somewhat limited, especially if you're in the mood to try something new. Also, if you're someone who enjoys a vibrant nightlife, this isn’t a place buzzing with evening activities.
