The location offers really enjoyable views and it's nice to have easy access to public transport so I could get around without hassle. The neighborhood feels very safe, and I always liked how peaceful and clean the surroundings were, which made coming home at the end of the day relaxing.
السلبيات
There aren't many options for dining nearby, so I often had to travel out for something different when I wanted to eat out. It would have been more convenient to have some gyms around—fitness options are a bit limited which could be an issue for those who like working out regularly.

The vibe here is relaxed but still vibrant with lots of dining options overlooking brilliant water views, which really add to the experience. It’s definitely a good spot if you enjoy peaceful yet lively surroundings.

While there are restaurants, the nightlife scene isn’t exactly bustling if that’s something you’re looking for. Sometimes it can also feel a bit removed when it comes to the hustle and convenience of city life, which might not suit everyone.

The restaurant options are diverse, offering everything from casual bites to fine dining experiences, perfect for trying new cuisines with friends. Plus, being so close to the best shopping spots and a bit of nature, such as the walking paths along the beach, makes for lovely weekend strolls.

One downside is that nightlife can feel a bit limited; if you're looking for that buzzy nightlife scene, you might need to travel a bit. There are few community centers, which can make it harder to engender a neighborhood feel, especially if you're new to the area.
