It’s really easy to get around from Boraq Tower since the metro and major roads are nearby. There are quite a few restaurants and shopping spots close by, so getting what you need without long commutes is convenient. For someone who values efficiency but doesn’t want to be too far from livelier parts of Dubai, this location makes a lot of sense.

السلبيات

The biggest downside was the limited green spaces which made outdoor activities less enjoyable. Inside the area itself, dining options felt lackluster compared to other parts of Business Bay, so sometimes I found myself heading elsewhere when I wanted more variety.

The Court in Business Bay is perfectly placed if you’re looking for easy access to the rest of Dubai, especially with the metro and taxis nearby. There’s a diverse range of places to eat close by, which makes weekday dinners and weekends out pretty hassle-free. I appreciate feeling safe moving around, even late, which isn’t something you find everywhere.

It can get quite noisy here at times due to the busy roads and construction early in the mornings, so peace and quiet isn't guaranteed all the time. The area is very urban and while that’s great for convenience, there aren’t really any green spaces nearby to unwind in nature.

It's really easy to navigate around for both work and leisure, and there are so many restaurants to choose from whenever you're hungry after Zona business meetings. Most spots have a lovely view to enjoy a nice dinner or grab a casual coffee, all while being close to the water. For anyone looking to strike a balance between work and leisure while soaking in the rich culture of Dubai, this is a great place to create a home.

Although the views here are stunning, the traffic can really build up during peak hours, and that leads to some pollution, which may deter stiff minds. It can be slightly challenging to find a reasonably priced gym nearby, so if that’s an integral part of your daily routine, you may need to plan accordingly.
