Living near the Dubai Canal really allows you to enjoy some lovely water views and quiet moments, which is rare in a busy area like Business Bay. The connectivity is excellent too, so commuting for work or weekend plans never feels like a hassle. I found it quite easy to settle in and appreciate the balance between modern city vibes and a relaxing environment.
السلبيات
There weren’t many dining options just around the corner, so ordering in or driving out for meals was often necessary. Also, it can feel a bit challenging to walk around, as some areas aren't designed with pedestrians in mind. It’s something I grew to adapt to, but it could put off those who prefer everything accessible right on foot.
