The entire neighborhood feels calm and well maintained, which really helps after a long day at work. The roads are surprisingly good and provide easy access if you have a car. It’s low on noise and pollution compared to other busy parts of the city, so I enjoy spending time outdoors here, even simple walks are peaceful. The sense of safety particularly at night adds to the comfort of living here.
السلبيات
Looking for variety in restaurants can be frustrating since options nearby are definitely limited, meaning you have to drive out for anything beyond the basics. Also, the public transport connectivity isn’t the best, so without a car, getting around might be a bit inconvenient, especially during rush hour or if you need to reach central parts of Dubai.
