Being close to the metro and tram makes commuting hassle-free, and the sheer variety of restaurants nearby means there’s always a new place to try after work. Plus, the waterfront views add a calming touch to the busy lifestyle. It’s a great spot if you enjoy city life with easy access to everything.

One downside is the lack of green spaces and community centers which makes it harder to find peaceful outdoor areas or socialize outside the usual marina spots. Sometimes it feels like the area could benefit from more relaxing surroundings amid all the urban buzz.
