Arbor View in Arjan is a solid option if you're looking for something well connected and safe. It’s really convenient getting around, and the neighborhood has plenty of dining choices which makes evenings chill and enjoyable. There’s also nice green spaces close by where you can relax, which balances out the city vibe nicely.

One thing that I find could be better is the availability of gyms within walking distance, so if you're into fitness routines outside the home, that might be a bit inconvenient. Also, the lack of community centers means fewer social hubs to engage with neighbors or join hobby groups in the area.
